Diana Doré

Plates with Purpose Co-Chair

Diana Angelo-Doré is a passionate foodie and educator who devotes her time between family and work. One way or another her love for education and food finds its way into the community. In 1995 she was volunteering in Lower Manhattan’s School district by teaching elementary school children who were challenged in reading and writing. In 2018 Diana was excited to share her love for food and children by supporting Filling in the Blanks as Co-Chair to the “Plates with Purpose” fundraiser dinner. Her role as co-chair is to raise awareness and funds needed to ensure Filling in the Blanks mission continues to grow and expand within the community.



Diana worked for over 20 years in corporate education for customer relations and technology. From 1998 to 2005 she was an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College as well as owned and ran her own computer school, Learn It! Inc. in Westchester Country.

In 2008 she left corporate to follow her love for food by opening Love It! By Diana Ltd. selling baked goods to local restaurants, farm to table grocery stores and farmers markets throughout Westchester County and Ridgefield, CT for 6 years.



Diana lives in New Canaan with her husband, two daughters, and their two rambunctious pups. Diana has a BA from Fordham University, a Training and Development Certification from New York University and Certification in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
